Proposed Changes to the United Veterans Club By-Laws:ARTICLE III

SECTION 1: ANNUAL MEETING

Strike: for the purpose of installation of Directors, and

If the meeting is unable to be held on the designated day and time, the Board of Directors

Shall cause the installation of new Directors to be held at a special meeting of the members

As soon as thereafter possible.

ARTICLE II

Add: SECTION 6: INSTALLATION OF DIRECTORS

The newly elected Board Members will be installed on July 1st following election by the existing Board of Directors.
